Men, we live in a world full of truth & lies both.  How can we use critical thinking to tell them apart?  By definition, if a person is genuinely deceived they do not know they are being deceived.  Hollywood is a fun & great way to train the mind to take in information then process it critically to determine what lines up with God's Word, what does not, what may be ok and what is not ok.  Most of life is not simple or black & white.  Honing your skills in critical thinking while increasing your knowledge of Scripture is truly worth your time.  Join us once a month for a movie, fun food, and great discussion.  We screen everything from popular movies to movies that call themselves Christian movies to those rare gems which you may not have heard of.  We critically ask "what message is the writer &/or director conveying beyond merely entertaining us?"
